Frequently asked questions.

How much do sessions cost?

I charge $150 for individual sessions and $180 for family sessions. I offer sliding scale options for clients experiencing financial hardship.

Do you take insurance?

I currently do not take insurance. I can create an itemized superbill that you may be able to use for potential reimbursement with your insurance company. It would be a good idea to check with your specific insurance company to see if they offer out-of-network reimbursement beforehand.

What are sessions like?

Sessions are 50 minutes long. We can meet in person or virtually. Our first session will focus on getting to know each other and figuring out what you want to work on. Later sessions may look like working through established treatment goals, processing events, or learning new skills. The timeline of your treatment may vary based on your particular needs or goals.

Are you available for emergencies?

I am not able to offer crisis services at this time. In case of an emergency or mental health crisis, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room.
